Caring For Your Jewellery

Remove your jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, and applying beauty products, perfumes, or lotions. Do not wear when sleeping, cooking, or cleaning. If your jewellery does come into contact with chemicals, rinse it promptly under clean water and dry thoroughly.

Storing Your Jewellery

Store pieces separately in pouches or boxes, or wrap individually in tissue paper. Keep chains fastened and earring butterflies attached. Avoid direct sunlight and damp environments.

Cleaning Sterling Silver Jewellery

Clean regularly with a specialist silver polishing cloth or a liquid silver cleaning solution. Avoid submerging sterling silver unless the product is specifically labelled as suitable for water.

Cleaning Plated Jewellery

Using a small amount of mild liquid soap in warm water, gently rub the piece with a soft cloth, rinse briefly under clean warm water, and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth before storing. Do not soak or submerge plated jewellery.

the earings themselves were lovely and ccame to spec, but soon after wearing, one of the hoops fell out. thought just chance. whilst out and about hte next day my daughter noticed had fallen out again and it was the same ear so the hook must have been faulty. would like a replacement pair or a single hoop please!!!!

Not 925 sterling silver but S925

Delivery was fast and packaging was lovely however, the studs I’ve ordered believing to be real 925 sterling silver as described on the listing aren’t the ones I’ve received, and as a consequence have have given me burning red ear lobes.
