I bought 3 of these for me and my daughters. They arrived within 2 days of ordering and each came in a secure pouch with authenticity card, gift pouch and care card.
The necklace itself can be worn either way, I prefer the set in side.
The necklace is not a pendant and I fixed to the chain. The chain can be extended and has a thick silver tag at the end.
