I ordered 6 tie the knot earrings from Philip Jones as bridesmaid gifts. They were perfect and I was impressed with the quality of the packaging, lovely velvet pouch especially at such an affordable price.
I was also very happy with the customer services. We had a problem with delivery and it was so refreshing to recieve a response email quickly by a real person who helped rectify the situation quickly. Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service! Second time I ordered from Philip Jones Jewellery and already thinking of ordering again! First time I ordered bracelets for my bridesmaids, then I ordered two more for my mum and my witness at my wedding. Now I'm thinking ordering for myself because I really liked all 5 bracelets.
