HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 4pm (Monday to Friday). Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class and normally arrive 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Please note that due to the time of year Royal Mail are taking longer than normal unfortunately so please allow 12 days for you order to arrive before contacting us.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Unless Tracked 24 or Special Delivery is selected the tracking page will only update once Royal Mail attempt delivery. If an order is sent tracked you will be emailed the tracking number along with your dispatch confirmation. Please note that due to the time of year Royal Mail are taking longer than normal unfortunately so please allow 12 days for you order to arrive.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

For orders sent to UK addresses please allow 12 days days for delivery after dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time frame please contact us with your order number and confirmation of your full delivery address so we can follow up with Royal Mail. For orders placed in November and December please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT BOXES?

All of our jewellery will be delivered with branded velveteen pouches but we do have gift boxes available to purchase for most items. We do not currently offer a gift wrapping or gift message service.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

You can return any unworn items in new condition within 30 days of receipt using the process below.

Please send the goods back to us at the below address (using a delivery confirmed service) and please include a note with your contact info, order number, and reason for return and as soon as we receive that we will process the refund. Thank You.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

We do not sell wholesale or have any multi-buy discounts at this time

CAN YOU ENGRAVE OR CUSTOMISE THE JEWELLERY?

We are not able to engrave or customise any of the jewellery or quote cards.

HOW DO I REPLACE A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?

Please send images showing the damage/fault to the below email address and we will arrange a free exchange.
